Challenge
Despite things running smoothly, Elmore Music wanted to further test their sales funnel by adding in an additional ‘up-sell’ into the main ordering process.

The main challenge Elmore Music faced was that their previous payment process did not offer features such as automated monthly billing which they needed for their expansion.
