DownUnder Pilot set up their business in Australia in 2002 as an online mail order company but quickly grew to having 2 retail shops. Andrew Shand, Company Director, started selling online in Australia and due to the success, wanted to expand into New Zealand. Andrew wanted to use the same payment system for both Australia and New Zealand but found their current payment system didn’t offer them the ability to process in both countries.
