MOTO Payments

Using eWAY you can also process credit card transactions manually. MOTO payments are any payments taken offline. This feature allows you to process phone, fax and mail orders through our real-time credit card gateway, as well as any online orders if your site cannot link to eWAY but is able to securely collect credit card details.

All you need is an eWAY account, and Internet access!

Phone orders are able to be processed through the secure eWAY gateway.
Fax orders are able to be processed through the secure eWAY gateway.
Mail orders are able to be processed through the secure eWAY gateway.
Face-to-face orders are able to be processed through the secure eWAY gateway.
Transaction details are all entered on a simple to use interface.
A real-time response is displayed on your screen advising whether is has been accepted or declined.
All manual transactions are recorded for your online reports.
Email receipts of payment can still be sent to the customer, if their email address is entered.

The Manual Payments feature is included as a free service with all eWAY accounts.
Normal transaction fees apply to all transactions processed through the Manual Payments feature.
