eWAY's XML Payment Solution allows you to process credit card transactions through your own website without the need for your customers to be transferred to a third party website. The transaction is processed server side in the background using XML documents without the customer needing to know that eWAY is involved.

Features & Benefits

Order and payment details are all entered on your own website.
Customers do no not need to be transferred across domains.
Payments are processed automatically through your website, without the need for any manual processing on your behalf.
An email receipt of payment notifies you and your customers (if enabled) of all purchases made.
A response is also posted back to your website (via an XML Document) for you to determine the customers next step (ie. Display 'Thank you for your purchase!' or 'Payment unsuccessful. Please try again.').
This is our RECOMMENDED method for linking to the gateway due to greater security, better customer experience and a more professional approach to online payments.

Additional Information

Your payment form must have SSL encryption as credit card details will be entered.
Your hosting provider must have XML installed. This would likely involve MSXML for Windows based servers or CURL for Linux based.

There are no fees associated with eWAY for using our XML Payment Solution, apart from your subscription and transaction fees.
Normal transaction fees apply to all transactions processed using the XML Payment Solution.
