reBILL, eWAY's automatic credit card billing system, allows you to enter your customers details once only and then recharge their credit card at a frequency that you determine! You can either set up a reBILL payment manually for a customer within your business centre or have your customer set it up themselves through your website by using the XML reBILL Solution.

Using both the Customer and Schedule Management functions in conjunction with each other, you can create you own reBILLing solution. Linking customers to your schedules allows you to automatically deduct payments from their credit cards as often as you require, be it weekly, monthly, yearly, or as often as you require! Using reBILL you can associate each customer with multiple schedules without having the hassle of entering the customer or schedule details more than once. Just select the customer and schedule from the lists you have already created and start making money.

Additional Features

  • Schedules can be created and stored separately, so you do not need to re-enter them for every customer but can instead select them from a list.
  • Customers can also be created separately and selected from a list when creating a new reBILLing schedule.
  • Customers can have more than one reBILLing schedule. For example, a customer could have one schedule for Web Hosting services and then another for an ISP service. The customers’ details would only need to be entered once!
  • All existing customers and schedules can be viewed and edited as they need to be.
  • Details of all transactions (pending, successful, and failed) can be viewed with some editable fields.
