SMS Reports

eWAY merchants can now stay in touch with their business' performance, no matter where they are in the world, via eWAY's daily SMS Reports.

How SMS Reports works

  1. Login to your eWAY Business Centre.
  2. Select Reports from the left hand menu, and then SMS Reports from the sub menu.
  3. The following screen will be displayed:

  4. Set the SMS Reporting Status to active.
  5. Enter the mobile number that you wish for the reports to be sent to.
  6. Select the Time to Send the Report - N.B. The report generated and sent will contain data for the 24 hour period ending 1 hour BEFORE your selected SMS send time.
  7. Click the Save Details button at the bottom of the page.

You should now receive your SMS Report each day, at the time specified.
