Online Help Desk
Login: Via the eWAY Business Centre
We recommend to all existing merchants that all support jobs be logged via our Online Help Desk, which can be accessed
via the eWAY Business Centre. We endeavour to answer all Help Desk jobs within 24 hours of them being logged.
eWAY's Help Desk also provides a simple interface to our existing knowledge base, to assist you better in resolving your questions.
