eWAY Merchants have access to online Helpdesk Support through their Business Centre. Merchants can request sales and support assistance from one of eWAY's eCommerce specialists, and resolve any issues regarding their eWAY account.

How it works

Once you have logged into your Business Centre, you can use the following functions:

  • Find Solution - Search the entire eWAY helpdesk database for a solution to your issue.
  • Log a Case - Enter your query in order to get expert advice and solutions from an eWAY eCommerce specialist.
  • View Cases - View your past and present cases.
