Manual

Using eWAY, you can process FAX and phone orders online via the Internet, otherwise known as MOTO (Mail Order Telephone Order). If your shopping cart solution stores credit card information securely but cannot link to eWAY, you can also use this option.

This solution requires no linking and no coding, as you are simply using the eWAY site to do all your processing.

Manual Payment

There are only 3 steps to processing a manual transaction using eWAY:

Step 1 - Login to eWAY.
Step 2 - Select "Manual" from the menu on the left-hand-side.
Step 3 - Enter the credit card details and click "Process transaction", as per the screen grab above.

You will then be provided with real-time information form your bank as to the status of the transaction.
