The Customer section of reBILL can also be used as your own Customer Relationship
Management system. You can store customer details separately to reBILL's, using
various additional fields to the normal eWAY interface and provide the facility
to search on these details.
Create New Customer
To create a new customer, login to the eWAY Administration area, click on the reBILL
link in the left hand menu, and then on Customers in the sub menu. Click on the
"Create New Customer" button. Enter the customers details on the form and click
"Continue". The only required fields are First Name and Last Name but all other
fields can be used to assist in your Customer Relationship Management. Click "Save"
when done.
Search Customers
To search your customers, login to the eWAY Administration area, click on the reBILL
link in the left hand menu, and then on Customers in the sub menu. Enter the text
you wish to search for in the text box and click on the "Find My Customer!" button.
If you wish to display a list of all your existing customers, leave the search text
box blank and click "Find My Customer!". You can also select if you wish to order
your results by 'Date Added' or 'Contact Name (Surname)', by using the appropriate
select button.
View Customers reBILLs
By clicking on the icon under the reBILL's column in your customer list, you can
view a list of all the reBILLs associated with that customer.
View reBILL Transactions
By clicking on the icon in the TRXN's column, you can view all the transactions
associated with each individual reBILL, both processed and pending. Using the icon
in the corresponding column, you can also edit or delete any pending transaction
and view the details of any processed transaction.
Edit reBILL
By clicking on the icon in the Edit column, you can edit the details of the corresponding
reBILL. Click the "Save" button when you are done.
Cancel reBILL
You can cancel any existing reBILL by clicking on the icon in the Cancel column.
You will be prompted in a popup window again to ensure you wish to cancel the reBILL.
Edit Customers Details
By clicking on the icon under the Edit column in your customer list, you can edit
the corresponding customers details. A form will be displayed with the current details
of the customer. Change/Add any information, and click the "Save" button when done.
Delete Customer Details
Customer details can be deleted by clicking on the corresponding icon in the Delete
column. You will be prompted in a popup window again to ensure you wish to delete
the customer.
