Jing Tea specialises in manufacturing and supplying natural herbal tea products online. Jing Tea’s plan is to show the truth that regular tea drinking will greatly help maintain good health. Jing Tea encourages people to gain a good healthy habit of drinking tea every day. Jing Tea formulated Wu-Long diet tea (known as Wu Yi Tea in the US) and Okinawan Green Tea which are well known to the public and widely distributed in the North American and Australian market.

Challenge

Jing Tea started selling online using a different payment system. However, as their business grew, they discovered disadvantages of using their previous system.

Jing tea also encountered problems when their wholesale customers tried to make payments.
