XML Demo Transaction


In this transaction type with eWAY® the customer will navigate your website, choose the appropriate products they wish to purchase and select a checkout button. This will redirect them to a page similar to the one below, hosted on your webpage. After entering the payment details you would send us a secure xml message to process the payment, after recieving a response you can then show the customer an appropriate response screen.

The entire time the customer is shopping in your online store, they never leave the website!

- This is a FREE simulation of an eWAY® transaction.

The test gateway is available to all developers, information on how to integrate with the gateway can be found in the support area, to start running through live transactions you will need to join eWAY.

A transaction receipt will be sent to you if you enter your OWN valid Email address below.

NOTE: To generate different responses, change the Total Amount Field. The cents amount determines the response code of the transaction. e.g. If you pass 100 as the Total Amount, it will return the Response '00,Transaction Approved' (Successful), and if you pass 101 it will return '01,Contact Your Bank' (Failed).
