Internet Merchant Facility Wizard
To accept real-time credit card payments through your website via eWAY,
you MUST have an Internet Merchant Facility with one of the major Australian banks
(StGeorge, Bank SA, Commonwealth, ANZ, NAB, Westpac or BankWest). This is a special
facility that eWAY connects to, and allows us to process online
payments for you. This facility is merely a temporary holding account, but will
allow you to specify a settlement account to deposit all funds processed for each
business day. Through the use of an Internet Merchant Facility, eWAY
never actually holds funds on your behalf, but instead processes them directly into
your own facility.
Please note: Your Internet Merchant Facility MUST be Internet specific,
and CANNOT be the same as an EFTPOS terminal.
