  1. The Government plan requires your account to be linked to a government agency or council.
  2. Must be a registered charity or not-for-profit organisation to apply for the Community plan, supporting documentation may need to be supplied to eWAY.
  3. Cost per transaction only applies after you have used up all your free transactions and are only applicable to credit card transactions.
  4. Free transactions only apply to credit card transactions, they expire and do not carry over to the next month or onto multiple eWAY accounts.
  5. Monthly and yearly fees associated with your eWAY plan still apply. IVR transactions are not included in free monthly transactions.
  6. Discount available off first year subscription on the Budget and VIP plans only by adding the Powered by eWAY logo on your website's homepage.
  7. Multi year plans are payable in full upfront e.g. 2 Year VIP will be billed at $1350.00 on sign up ($675.00 per year).
