We also recommend messaging the company on their Facebook or Twitter accounts if you are unable to contact them.
eWAY is a 3rd party payment provider that has provided a payment facility to the business you purchased from.
We are not involved in the day-to-day operations of the businesses that use our service.
Note: If for any reason you are unable to contact the business, please contact your credit card supplier to organise a full refund on your purchase by requesting a chargeback.
